Web-based Training
Using the Spokane Computer Meeting Center, our customers can meet with an instructor over the internet for orientation and training on TEQuote. A training session lasts 4 hours and includes the following topics.
- Product Overview and Introductory Concepts
- System Set up - customizing TEQuote to meet your needs
- Customer Maintenance
- Parts Maintenance
- Model Template Maintenance
- Options Maintenance
- Quote Creation
- Reporting
The cost for Web-Based training is $500 per session.
Custom Training
Custom Training Services for TEQuote are designed to provide our customers with tailored training that meets a defined set of objectives, requirements and goals. Spokane Computer specializes in custom training with an emphasis on successful implementation. All training is adapted to incorporate discussion, examples and exercises from your work environment. This service can include implementation planning and consulting.
Training can take place at your site, at Spokane Computer's training facility, or over the internet, using Spokane Computer's Web-Based Meeting Center.
On-site educational services are available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) Monday through Friday, excluding locally observed holidays. Customers who require services outside normal business hours can make arrangements to do so. A premium charge or weekend service uplift charge will be added. In addition to the quoted training fee, the customer is responsible for travel expenses associated with any on-site service.
